In U.S.A was an alcohol prohibition which brought many problems. A lot of people opposed this prohibition so they smuggled alcohol, new opposition organization were formed. The government created a code which was the standard for what movies would and wouldn´t be shown. Also, the government hired agents to enforce prohibition.

prohibition in the 1920s,was the period from 1920 to 1933,during wich sale,manufacture,import,export and transporting of alcohol for consumption were banned.Prohibition was supposed to lower crime and corruption, reduce social problems, lower taxes needed to support prisons and poorhouses, and improve health and hygiene in America. Instead, Alcohol became more dangerous to consume; organized crime started; courts and prisons systems became overloaded; and corruption of police and public officials occurred.

prohibition . during this period of thirteen years from 1920 to 1933 there was a law in usa which prohibited alcohol not only its sell but also its bought and consuming. in this period, many organisations such as alcapone`s one were succesfull but outlaw.this law brought lots of beneficts such as improvement in health and many more.
